Who has said it in the UK? Just being nosy, lol I’ve heard of the voice coach (?) on Fame Academy, and Kane (from Emerdale, but that was years ago). who on earth would fake such a thing. i highly doubt it. i have not heard of anyone in the Us faking IBD or any other disease.
